I’ve been a little shocked at how difficult it’s been trying to get a loan for this 7 unit.

I had lived in the Bay area for about 10 years and I was shocked with how many people I knew that had never ventured out of it to experience the rest of the country. 

If I get appreciation/refinances that's awesome but I am not factoring it into my plan because I would rather have it be a pleasant surprise and a boost than a disappointment that it didn't go as planned.

And -- shocking -- they own (or owned) a percentage of that title company.Anybody who's ever dealt with ServiceLink knows that customer service is not on their list of priorities.

I am shocked that they would be so cheap on attorney fees when faced with a $20,000 bill. 

The next 3-12 months will be volatile and will likely see the median sales price decrease due to various factors including seasonality, higher interest rates, inflation, this year's property tax appraisal shock, etc.

@Jack BarryThere is no longer a smooth commute from Davidson County to Clarksville/Ft Campbell.Will not be one until they expand I-24 in 6-8 years.If you must live near Nashville, Pleasant View is a decent compromise.

Yes, there is not a very pleasant local population.

They're handyman trey is a standup honest guy and I've been pleasantly surprised at the costs when I've had work done.
