And as it relates to real Estate  Join RAREBIRD  they meet once a month. the guys that run it are top notch.. and you will learn alot.Rent for good apartments start in the city at 1500 and go to 2500.. houses same. although its not like mid west there are not a ton of houses that are rentals.. very low ratio of SFR to rents.. reason they dont cash flow at all..

@Arturo Andres LaraCan't speak for Tom Krol's program - but I do know that there aren't any secrets in Real Estate and every single piece of information you'll ever need is attainable for free via BP, Youtube, Books (library), etc.

Still depends on other factors however - remember credit score is only one piece of the puzzle. 

I guess my one piece of advice would be to write out what you need on a piece of paper so you can actually see it visually.  

I have not done this, but I bet you was the landlord insurance to cover you for the homeowner/landlord piece... and then they for sure want renters insurance but I would think that may be a bit redundant for you to obtain as well.

The contract is just a piece of paper.
