I break my campaign into two major parts...1st...the keyword has my location in it and place no limits on what locations will see the ads.Example (pretend I live in a city called "city":city real estate dealscity real estate investmentscity real estate buyerbest city real estate investment(and 50+ other similar phases that I can think of that highly targeted.)2nd...I loose the location in my keywords but I limit where the ad is displayed to my geographical area.

Purchase an owner's policy on it and then if any title issues come up after that, the title co. is bound by law to remedy it or they have to pay you the full purchase price of the property.

Great for my mother & father in law, however my wife and her brother are both married now and their spouses, me included, would loose out on what was our spouses property.Her parents could be looking at this as though I am in it for the money but really we want to separate from the family and invest in another property that will a) not be managed by my mother in law and b) will be in a better market than Dewey Arizona.
