Most municipalities in this day in age have an online data base, most are integrated with mapping technology that allows you to simply click on parcels of land and it will generate this data based on tax records etc. 

They change codes for each guest and they integrate with some of the major PMS systems.PMS: Best out there is OwnerRez for flexibility and customization. 

Do these banks have integrations with the VRBO's and Airbnb's of the world in an effort to make the payment procedure streamlined? 

I'm surprised that foundation work is allowed by the HOA as it could potentially affect the structural integrity of any attached units etc.

I agree with Account Closed- joining a team is, from what I understand, an important part of integrating yourself into the RE community and learning from those that are experts.

If so then short of you getting a property management software that has this type of integration worked into it then it may be the best fit for you
