Apparently in the past month it was deactivated by Loopnet / Costar as they changed their terms, so they're no longer billing me and I don't have any special access above a free account. 

@Ezekiel Cruz - If you talk to a local real estate agent, they can set you up with MLS access, which will give you the most accurate information on properties available for sale.

I see from your profile that you have access to the MLS but you might want to check out your local BP forum to find contacts for investors, realtors, or lenders in your area.

If the property has equity, be prepared to sell before FC or have access to funds to payoff the loan.

I see lots of room for improvements and will charge more.

Just want to streamline and improve where needed.

I suppose it could be different if you’ve done major improvements, but in our case they just sent a guy with a camera to make sure the place was still standing. 

I've read the system may be considered an improvement on the land, thus maybe deductible over 27.5 years.Can any of these strategies be integrated?

A road to access my sellers house had been there for 50+ years with no complaint by the land owners. 

Highly desirable location, school district, is a "coveted location" by locals because most of the land is developed and it sits off an extremely accessible roadOur current rent: $2,500 + Utilities (the home could almost certainly rent for $3k).
