You will get some good advice and hopefully make a good impression so if they ever are hiring they give you a call.As for an actual job analyzing deals full time, I'm not sure it exists and if so I doubt it pays a ton.

So, I wonder if there is something in your conversation with the Realtors you've talked to that has given them a wrong or bad impression.  

Belcher--I understood only later, from his comments to me, that his impression was that landlords always provide water --he must  only have personal experience renting apartments/condo himself.
