I am wondering how to deal with personal items like clothes, food, and anything else you might have tips/advice on.

@Val Jaz hi there, I do not currently own any properties as of yet so take my opinion with a grain of salt.In the bigger pockets podcast they talk regularly about being firm but fair and also having everything in writing.

I take it with a grain of salt because its what the realtors are telling me but it kind of makes sense that people wouldn't want to accept a price that is lower than land.

Food for thought for my own processes/procedures. 

I've since moved into the tampa area as of about three weeks ago. i really like the area as a whole. people are incredibly nice, the food is good and of course the weather. 

Now- take what is said with a grain of salt... remember- they see $ signs and want lots of work.
