Several people have expressed shock/surprise when they meet me there and asked if I owned the house, at first I was honest but now sometimes I tell them my parents own it.

The tenant expressed interest in it, so I left it as the gift.I have also given a small plant on occasion.I always leave a greeting card.

We verbally communicated to her at the beginning of April that we are going to list the property and she expressed some interest in buying it, however nothing came out of that since she wants to move out of Georgia.

Express only concern you are trying to contact for an important matter, and have not been able to reach the tenant.
