Even Hawaii had crazy quarantine policies, so people looking for a warm destination basically had Florida.

@Terrell GarrenI've also been known to give them a house warming gift, have a fully tax deductible Tenant appreciation BBQ at my house in the summer, and send them a gift card at Christmas time if they've paid their rent on time for the whole year.
