I have not understood exactly what in which position/location breaks.

One of the most important things to be concerned about is its location.  

The home i put an offer on is centrally located and the nicest, most popular community in San Diego.

An office location, your goals, some type of corporation or LLC, financing figured out, and picking a primary Team that is willing to help you on top of learning.  

Apparently manufactured homes are required to have some sort of sticker affixed to a window and one more location (usually a cabinet) identifying it as such.

But also interested in seeing where ( property type) other Georgia equity is deploying their capital and why?

Friday night my mothers house, which is located between Blackwater road and the Comite River, took on 4' of river water.

My criteria are pretty strict in terms of location for a place I want to live:Walking distance to Newport or ~20 min via public transitNear to PATH (<= .75 mi) to be able to get into ManhattanEverything I’ve seen in the forums leads me to believe any properties in areas meeting these criteria are going to be highly competitive, and I only have about $100k to put down on a purchase.

Make sure you know your selected area and it's best locations.
