With coronavirus, some families have been extending vacations, etc. since they still can't get back to work.

They just magically went from selling for 340k to 590k over night with no real explanation but (people are paying it, so, whatever).I believe in the capitalist system and in supply and demand, and if it was created because less people chose to just stop selling and keep the properties I would understand, but this was all caused by a global pandemic that is still wreaking havoc.

For example commercial office space is taking a beating because of coronavirus.

I have been following the news about people leaving larger cities to move to suburbs due to pandemic which may drive the prices of condos/MF housing down.

Am actually back in Canada for the pandemic.

Right now would not be a good time given the coronavirus depending on the are.

We do need to get some repairs done and paint but she will not show until the Corona virus quarantine has been lifted.
