If it does and the tenant did not transfer the utilities into their name within a reasonable amount of time (say 1-2 days) then is it a good idea to try and get the utility bill pro-rated to the tenant for the additional time that they owe on the bill?

Also ask your bank what they charge for wire transfer going both ways.

We did provide the transfer paperwork and they still are looking for the IRS documents.

How easy is it to transfer your data to another comparable service?

When it comes to security deposits, we do not refund any portion to the departing tenant and have them transfer any claim they may have to the deposit to the remaining tenant (here there is a specific government form for this very action).as part of the amendment.

If the property has been transferred, quit claimed without a proper title company, multiple liens, etc I refer to my title agent for a 2nd look.Kyle
