so, considering that even if the tenant is neither blind nor deaf nor mobility impaired, there may now be a plethora of other instances in which suddenly turning away 'pets' can easily develop into a lawsuit for 'discrimination' and suddenly the pet is a 'therapy aide' or whatever, so what sort of documentation would be adequate enough to distinguish a bona-fide service/alert/therapy dog, from a dog that grandma simply wants have around as a.. companion that comforts her and makes her feel better just having around (which is what a pet is, aint it?)

This is due to increasing prices in the DC metro area as a whole but the closest county to me, Montgomery county, the prices are moving up so fast that most people are being priced out of the market.

I hate inheriting properties like that, you end up finding so many surprises, it's almost better to gut renovate and do everything at once than to continue to band aid the building because of all the deferred maintenance.

That reduces a lot of the operating cost.While the carpet cleaning does not take care of bleach and kool aid stains (if you get those), it at least lets you cut cost.
