I see there are over 400 Bigger Pocket podcasts so I was going to look for a few that are for beginners.  

I know you're a beginner but they will underwrite the deal the exact same way if it's your first deal or your 20th so that really doesn't play a huge part.

With that in mind I’ve been listening to the podcasts, reading some blogs, watching webinars and have downloaded the Ultimate Beginner’s Guide, @Brandon Turner’s 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth and some other freebies.

Am also a newbie working on my real estate goals .Make sure you download and study " the ultimate beginners guide" .

This may be a beginner investors question but I value everyones expertise.If I buy a property cash, can I take a mortgage out on it or would it just be a construction loan?
