The duplex is 2 bed 1 bath units and a total of 4000 sqft.

I am thick skinned and open to learning.I have a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2500sqft SFR that I have owned for 6.5 years.

They cannot picture themselves not working 9-5 and watching 5 hours of TV before going to bed and doing the same thing again and again.
