We do this in volume, but keep in mind we have been able to systemize and do so becuase we have our attorneys format and verify our processes and contracts on an as-needed (proactive)basis, which has been quite often because of the changes in the lending/foreclosure environment.

When I post a property through my brokerage's back end systems, it goes on the MLS (or the Manhattan equivalent), and then that syndicates out to dozens and dozens of other websites, including Zillow, Trulia and Realtor.com.
