I would recommend testing multiple different scenarios though.

They're the ones recommending putting victorian oval window or craftsman doors on 50s ranch homes for instance - unnecessary ornamentation and completely the wrong era.By the way, great choices on the white paint colors.  

Does anyone have a property manager, relator, contractor, CPA that they can recommend in the area?

They recommended we not use them and hold the contracts ourselves as it should involve far fewer contractors than, say, multifamily. 

So, while I am not aware of anyone who has gone through this program successfully, I would recommend you call the city directly.
