I don;t know about for a flip, but I'm a huge fan for rentals, and my tenants in ~$1300 units love it.

I lile to be able to go to the bathroom in my house and any house, and have light on (and maybe an exhaust fan) on while I do it.

@Jessica G.Hi Jessica,I am not a fan of condo's or leverage.You could use the $15,000 to source a cash deal in a C or D class area which you will also need to rehab.This would be a good learning experience and if you can make work in those areas everything else would be a breeze.Just an opinion.Thanks and have a great day.

I am a huge fan of immersion here.

We'll also be insulating the attic, installing ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms and study, and are on the fence about a 15 SEER HVAC over a 14 SEER.I like tenants to feel that we have their needs in mind, want them to feel safe and comfortable in the home, and that they're not paying more than they have to because we chose to save ourselves a few bucks.Any input greatly appreciated!!

I'm not a fan of condos, they're generally harder to sell and the HOA's are probelmatic.

There are 2 fans (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room) being controlled by 1 regular switch.

I continue to be a fan of the owner - Alex and wish the company and all it's investors well.
