We are fairly unfamiliar with the area, but have driven around both counties and feel there is ample opportunity in that market.

- Ola  Thank you   I would love to share this with you and I hope I can break this down in a way that makes sense 1) self motivation and dicipline. basically you always need to remember that you have to keep yourself driven to turn  your ideas into a reality.

Crypto markets are not at that type of market (yet) they are completely driven by speculation right now.
