FSBO’s are a great way to sell your home without having to pay agent fees and deal with lengthy contracts, just remember to have a bottom line price in mind and visualize how you want your home sale to go.

Really take the time to visualize it.

New siding(added immediate curb appeal), removed old popcorn ceiling, re mudded walls, painted interior, cleaned, cleaned and then cleaned some more, added front deck, landscaped front & backyard, What was the outcome?

Some of the homes I’m finding are in that price range and it’s very appealing to pull the trigger just on the principle of thinking cheap is a good deal, aside from all other variables(rehab cost etc).

Most serious rehabs cannot be purchased with Conventional financing and Construction loans require a lot of approvals, thus making hard money appealing.2.

That being said, I don’t know how well these units will appeal to that audience.

Obviously I am here to make money but Metro Detroit is my home and the idea of being part of the rebuild is also very appealing to me.

Rental real estate appeals to the masses since its the easiest to understand and the easiest for most investor to get started in as financing for rentals has come back to the market..
