Typically Porter Paint (PPG) Eggshell sheen -- Hi - Hide or if you want to go cheaper Speed Hide -- however if you set up an account at Porter there isn't much of a price difference.Sherwin Williams has similar products -- I've just developed an affinity for Porter.If you're painting trim - use enamel paint.

To speed up the process pay a low tuition fee on your local architect and engineer to walk you through the process of permits, drawings, timelines, etc, half a day or a day should be enough on the details on the process of building, since you are paying for their time, ask ALL the questions you need.

Whenever I received a speeding ticket or moving violation (in my younger years of course) I would receive a letter from a lawyers office providing their services.
