Things like population growth, job growth, and nearby amenities, school availability and goodness, public transportation, and retail development are all important. 

Sometimes the economic development department or Chamber of Commerce will be helpful with traffic counts, demographics and local area spending power.

I hope you've seen other threads discussing this, including the threads where our head of development commented.The recent posts should be back in the app, and no it wasn't just iPhone X. 

And develop a habit of strictly separating LLC/business money from your personal money.Good luck investing!
