Is like Oregon some gift from God?

I sent a gift card, letter, and huge gift basket to them both.

(you can learn though, I do think gifted salespeople definitely have an edge over say a creative or analytical non sales person but you can learn and start to get good at sales (me :) )But to start a wholesaling business without a decent budget is just silly.

I was not properly prepared for the combination of my work schedule (full time - surprise week of travel), holiday prep (gifts, 5 separate school performances for the kids, kids sports/logistics, hosting new years party), finalizing my engagement plans, and the increase of contact with possible sellers (formulating my first offers ever).  

I typically offer them a $50-$100 gift card in exchange for 30 minutes of their time.

You're also allowed generally allowed gift funds no limit.

All this gives the gift of an uncluttered mind and more skillful business management.Best of success in the New Year!!
