Are there profitable group home niches that an operator would be willing to pay above market rent for this kind of property?

I have rented out my previous residence- renters moved in 3 years ago.

I plan on living there for a year and renting out after.

We are buying SFR for around 50k per property and renting for around 1k.

Location location location--be somewhere where the state, city reinforce landlord v. tenant rights. 

Can they prove how long it takes to rent a vacant property?

Does anyone have any experience with renting to Corporate Relocation companies who provide temporary housing solutions for insurance clients who have been displaced from their homes due to claims?

Do I still use my business accounts to collect rent for my duplex even though it's not held in the llc?
