Everyone is going after duplexs and the like.... the smaller deals typically get picked up pretty quick.

I picked up all the materials so he won’t be responsible for getting materials and marking them up 15%. 

Should be able to pick some things up around that price.

Is your cousin picking finishes, keeping track of contractors and payment,  arranging deliveries etc?

They seem very friendly.The potential lease involves a recreational marijuana dispensary; which is legal in our state and okayed by the bank.

I have seen so many articles that include wholselling houses where there’s no start fee or credit check, but there is not a lot of information on where to start in this gIg So is it really no start up fee or is way more to this than picking a house that’s vacant and selling it !

I suspect most of their investors don't understand what they are buying.In my opinion, it's better to pick the best funds across all the platforms, rather than taking everything one company happens to give you.
