Your lender can share their criteria, most investors won't meet it.For most investors, a PG is going to be a way of life from this point on for a long time.BTW, done properly a PG does not show up in any public records nor on your personal credit report.

He semed to think that I have a pretty good idea if Realtor/Broker sends me Resume I forward to my contacts (thereby protecting my relationships) Realtor follows up with me (saves them time) I follow up with realtor provide (network of support) with expierienced REO Brokers & let them know the services these asset managers are looking for.

However, we know up front about what we'll be dealing with and plan on holding the properties for a while before we'll even start rehabbing.We are currently attempting an auction as a way to wholetail properties to the public with them understanding they can't come with FHA financing.
