Hi BP Community, I am writing this post because I feel like I have been stuck in expanding my current portfolio.

Almost feel like a roll of the dice and you just gotta pray you don't run into a tenant that can game the system and this case even have more fuel to their fire since they are unpermitted. 

At the end of the day, I'd say it's more of a personal preference.

I have an excellent credit score of over 800 and am looking for advice on what mortgage rates I should expect for a 25-year or 30-year loan.Additionally, I'd appreciate any insights on the benefits of opting for a commercial loan versus a personal loan for this type of property.Thanks in advance for your help!

Desirables: 8 min walk to trains to NYC and 2 parking spaces.I feel the property was not built well and future leaks are inevitable. 

As an out of state investor, I cannot personally manage the property, hence why I hired a PM. 

I personally would also do booking.com but my experience has not been as negative as some others here.There are a lot of other platforms I use as a PM like Marriott Homes and Villas and JetBlue airlines but they only work with PM's with over 50 units.
