If it's only 1 unit, and you are just starting,  Airbnb and Furnished Finder would be good.FF has a very small yearly fee and airbnb will take a commission, but it will also get you used to both.

Use tools like a deal analyzer to double-check.Start Small: It doesn’t have to be a grand slam.

Went well, there were a couple hiccups but they worked hard to overcome them and it turned out alright. 

But I feel like there must be a better way to get a bigger reach.

Still can be done, but you do run some risk of neighbor complaints, etc., more so than in other areas of CO that are more investor-friendly.
