Just asked my insurance agent and he said since it already couldn't be rebuilt as it stands the event if a total loss (due to the nonconforming zoning), it wouldn't be an issue them.

However, some states have laws regarding when and if you can contact interested parties in the property about the lien, so I would check into your state code and more importantly local County codes regarding tax auctions.Does this answer your questions?

I have no clue on a state by state basis what they have or do not.I do know in GA ethics has to do with a code and pledge If you want to be a REALTOR (third party affiliation) and the commission here and the investigators care nothing about them.Some MLS's require you to be a REALTOR and belong to NAR.

The only part I left out of that is if I ever had a note called I would've either refinanced or just written a check.So, my last words on this are, yes a lender can call the note if you transfer title without their consent.
