There are a few more physical, legal and mental requirements but most people can meet.

Hello all,I have just recently changed my mentality about real estate investments and have decided to look for all brick rental units.

Add that to the horrendous performance of our public schools, and kids are basically just wasting time between the ages of 6 and 21...and are happy to do so...Until society starts to value (and recognize the value of) education again, and until our public schools stop trying to churn out robots with "employee" mentalities, this nation is only going to keep falling further and further behind in many areas where it previously dominated...Just my opinion, of course...

Have to have the mentality to work towards "freedom" & of course develop a plan.

I'll have more stories to tell about this deal because it seemed difficult for awhile but I kept a positive mental attitude and it has done me well.

Discovered severe problem with noise from tenant living in building next door.Basically a woman with a teenage son and a toddler live in lower level apartment next door seem mentally unstable.

If the neighbor of your tenant sounds like he's getting increasingly paranoid, it might be worthwhile to drop a line to the local mental health officials (or have your tenants do so).
