Are other fellow landlords and property managers seeing the same?

They still manage to pay rent on time with one exception where we negotiated a late payment.Bottom line is I’m just tired of dealing with them from the problems, erratic behavior, etc. 

I do know I can do a series LLC in one state and register if in FL as a foreign LLC but wondering if it then amounts to the same amount of work and costs.  

Basically, I need a whole team: a real estate agent, a loan broker, possibly a property manager, etc.

However, since we are staying out of the country, we would like to look for a reliable airbnb property management companies to do the end-to-end management from task i.e. listings, fixing a broken lock, get the house clean, liaise with guest etc.Any recommendation?

Then, provide a rent abatement for X yrs to offset their costs.

It would save about $230/month and involves about 5k in closing costs and fees.

The closing cost and associated fees often add up in these transactions.In the examples that I saw … Essentially there may be a mix of private/creative/bank money to get the asset initially.

If they do not move out you would have to go through a timely and costly eviction.
