@Fuat BagseverHi Fuat,There are so many high cashflow markets across the US.Maybe look at purchasing another complex to offset your losses on the one you will closing on.I have been down this road with my portfolio in Australia where I owned numerous properties hoping they will appreciate in value.I have decided to not purchase a property anymore unless it is a heavy cash cow.Just my opinion.Thanks and have a great day.

As I said I do have a general idea of the steps that need to be accomplished with reno but once I start inviting trades then I think I might get higher prices (for homeowners) since they don’t know me they never worked with me, etc.

He was doing an open house BBQ at one of the houses that he finished today (no he didn't finish the house today, the BBQ was today lol) and he invited me to it, but I don't have any transportation so I took a rain check, but I was suppose to have called him, gawd I hate working Graveyard Shifts, I was a bit to tired today wound up sleeping all day, that and my allergies are acting up again.
