I've only flipped in the North/NW side of the city as the numbers just work out much better that way and I can use those proceeds to fuel more rentals with better numbers. 

you can learn so much, and it's much easier and faster to convey information verbally instead of typing!!

If the door alignment is the same, it takes me (a lady) about 3 minutes per door knob with my handy screwdriver (faster if the electric screwdriver/drill fits).

It just seems to fit my needs better given the ability to scale it faster.

So Michael, your plan is very doable, it may take a bit longer than you think and it might materialize in a different shape then you imagine right now, but it's a great direction and it sounds like you are fueled by passion, which in my opinion is what makes the difference and answers Brandon Turners usual questions: what do you think seperates the successful investors from those who fail or give up? 

I probably spent 4 weeks in-between back at home in NY so we could have gotten this done a bit faster but all in all, not bad for two guys building a house. 

I’m really interested in the BRRR thing but I also want to get us out of debt faster so that I can focus on long-term deals.

Are there some options we haven't considered for faster growth?

Better off finding ways to cut expenses, pick up some overtime, etc to save faster.
