Tell them what you've seen and remind them that anyone living in the rental must be screened, approved, and on the lease.

When the CEO flat out says he doesn't want to be the best priced then guess what you're not getting...  

I would ask flat out why that’s happening and if they’re going to start telling you about the seller’s other property’s problems. 

. $2,400 is flat out ridiculous.

I plan to manage using a landlord app (currently looking at RentRedi) to help with listing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance requests, etc.  

It collects our rent, markets our properties, screens our tenants, tracks our expenses, etc, etc for about $4 a month per door.  

My next broker was much more generous, took a flat fee of $1500 on the sale then I saved $30,000 more representing myself in purchases.
