I have never purchased a property, but hope to in the very near future.I'm 22 years old and currently own and operate a Cell Phone & Tablet Repair Business locally; about 4 years in and would love for it to run on its own, but have been scared to replace myself -- shutting down seems foolish after establishing such a great name.

Avoid wasting money on toys, cell phones, cable TV, restaurants, car loans, wasteful bad habits and do not buy a personal home.

The retirement I see ahead is in a jail cell, you'll be retired alright!

I honestly didn't think of just adding the line to my cell service carrier, but that is a good thought which I will look into as well.I agree that the length of time it takes them to pick up is a bit of a concern.

Plus I can deduct cell phone, office, paper, supplies things like that that I otherwise would not be able to. 

Do you use personal cell phone, dedicated cell or other?

My history is in cell phones, 5 years in retail (including management) and about 5 years being self employed buying and selling.

I think that is a red flag that a turnkey provider is making a fat profit.

Also, just search the company names on Google, etc and see what comes up.Have a potential contractor give you their cell phone number, then randomly verify it by calling it later.
