Dave Del Dotto not 45 minutes from you. he has a thriving winery business .. he has one facility off of Hwy 29 between Yountville and St Helenaand he has one on Atlas peak road right out of Napa.. and I used to live 500 feet from his front door there and have spent many memorable moment drinking wine with him and having him regale me with stories of the good ole days.. he obviously did well his wine business is probably worth north of 50 million

There is no special form to fill out each year when renewing the fee.Paying the annual mailing fee gives you permission to mail a certain class of mail from a certain postal facility for 365 days.

My eventual goal is to leverage several SFH and MFH into a mobile home park and self storage facility.  

I also have a brand new washer, dryer, and fridge in my storage facility.

They tend to run better.Not certain if you have ever visited their facility however it is something out of star trek...

Especially now with the pandemic, the future of senior living is small cozy homes rather the big cold institutional facilities (we call them the F-word in our office).

Curious if you've made a purchase since this post and what has your experience been for mini storage facilities.

This will soon change as my grandmother needs more care than my cousin can give so I am looking into moving her to a local board and care facility and renting out the home as my cousin cannot pay for any of the utilities, etc.

@Josh Norris  YUP I had 6 different lending facilities pre 08.. my core bank and 5 more.. the other 5 dropped me within a year..
