I have yet to sell anything except for my primary residence in 2016.

I personally do NOT talk to guests on the phone or text with guests ever -no exceptions. 

I believe the comma is placed for Indian currencyFor that much to cash flow it has to be in midwest or a nice reno that will be hard to find if youre not local without connections right, that's why I'm very confused cause I don't know anything about the U.S and Kansas City except a little bit about loans but the biggest minus point in India is that there is no 1031 exchange.

I have done/am doing all the above except the meet up in my community.

I pay my friends $50 per hour and subtract it from the deposit except for wear and tear.
