I know part of it is that a lot of people are looking to network, but everyone sees incredible friendly on this site and in person so far.I have long-term big money dreams of a portfolio and such.

The numbers on his end sound like either someone that doesn't need to sell unless he gets a dream price, or a crazy person that doesn't know the market value of anything. 

The actual value is based on what you need to pay to achieve your investment goals not what a seller dreams of getting. 

Everywhere I search someone is trying to sell me a dream or their dream.

From my perspective, it was more of a Field of Dreams mentality, "If you build it they will come." 

I am 28 years old and I have a dream.

I moved to Detroit 3 years ago with big dreams, a pocket full of cash, and was naive about what I could expect and produce here in Detroit on my first project.      

It does sound as if you're a great candidate for the Texas Series LLC, which you can take advantage of as an Oregon investor.I'll also agree it's a good idea for any investor to have a whip-smart attorney and CPA on their dream team.
