----Don't trust all of the costs associated with renovations as the two people on the show generally have cheaper costs then everyone else because of their relationships with contractors or reputation in the area because of repeat business.

The concentration of sold SFR tend to by on the fringe of the metro where cheaper new housing is constructed where as the rental SFR tend to be nearer the urban core where prices are much higher.

As you can imagine, that is a serious investment when the minimum contract is 6 months.They did say shooting video is often a much cheaper option, and not something many agents do on Zillow, which may be worth looking into.Curious to see if anyone has any other experiences to share.Best regards,Maria
