Chatham you get alittle more bang for your buck I put 3 under contract today got a 9bd, 4bd for 35k..Englewood I am picking up deals literally for as little as 1k to 5k, some alittle more.you want to get to the point to where deals come to you..most chase deals, use their own money and want to look at everything . plays into why so many doing 10 deals in a year and others like myself doing 10 plus a month.
