Hello everyone, my name is Rich.

Anyways I have taken some investing classes through Rich dad Poor dad, am starting to build my team, am now looking for a mentor, and I can't wait to get started!!! 

Despite some of the info marketer pitches real estate is not a get rich quick game.

You are not going to get rich off appreciation from them (Unless they are in say a downtown area of a major city), but they provide nice solid cash flow with less management compared to other real estate assets.I also dont point all my eggs in one basket.

I think the most I spent on some kind of funky program that promised me "Riches" was when I was 15 years old and I bought a book that was supposed to lead to my riches by stuffing envelopes at home.

If you don't, it will mislead the quality people here, AND (more importantly) encourage those that are looking for that "get rich quick" solution to think they can overly or overtly prey on distressed individuals.All the BEST!!
