I know some industries will be mostly immune to the internet as they will always needs a physical location such as a car repair shop for example.

The internet at our fingertips is a huge advantage.

They are all attorney approved.You can find an attorney that specializes in real estate and get one from them but the BP version is probably cheaper and better.You can scour the internet and find different ones from around the country, pick-and-choose your favorite parts, and then assemble your own.

Or is the best advice to not take advice from random people on the internet, haha.My advice is a vacant unit will cost you less than having a bad tenant in the unit.
