My license had expired 6 years ago.

We don't allow any of our leases to expire in Dec, Jan, or Feb for this reason. 

I'm seeking advice what to do after my flips to remain on uncle SAMs good side without killing my liquidity.

I got the address and checked the comps (4934 E Mitchell, 85018 if you're interested).Nice neighborhood, nice house.  

That is NON-taxable until the option is either exercised or expires. 

Other assets have published values and are liquid, stocks and bonds or annuities are easier to administer and cost much less to do so.

Update - I called the listing agent and they offer clock expired at 3pm today.
