I was just getting paid finder fees on the deals I found and was not owning property until I realized I never was going to get anywhere doing that you can't build any wealth....I finally got to the next level when I found a great deal and did it on my own borrowing all the money for the deal and reselling it for a huge profit that got me to the next level I am no overnight success story it took me many many years to get Rockin N Rollin!
