I provided a gift basket which contained the following: (call me crazy) Laundry Basket (new to hold the items and because no washer/dryer in unit but onsite)Small Tide Pods package (to get that starter load going)Cascade Platinum package for dishwasher (probably a years supply cost like $10 at Target)Swiffer new for laminate floors to keep clean ($20?)

They are there to help you as you have requested, but it is still your business and you yourself are ultimately accountable for its success or failureLetting your property manager own the property listing on Airbnb is like a head chef letting the dishwasher set the menu at a fancy restaurant.

Unfortunately, the Sierra Dawn HOA passed CC&R amendments to chase out renters and landlords.

If discussing a different business operation, say buying a restaurant, immediately people won't think the value is just the market value of the location, the tables, the broiler, dishwasher, plates, pots and pans, right.

Of course I can think of Dawn Anastasi and Chris Clothier with a few more but they run a business uncovering the diamond properties looking through many duds.

Dear BP,We are in the process of researching an electrical upgrade for a 1950 apartment building with 8 one bedrooms and 2 studios, taking into account the following:We have no dishwashers or garbage disposals and won't install any,Stoves, ovens and heaters are gas,We are in Southern California,In one bedrooms: 10,000 BTU a/c for living room and 6,000 BTU for bedroom,Central water heater is gas,We'd like 2 electric vehicle chargers connected to house circuit (currently only has LED lights on it),We have no washers/dryers currently but might get one of each or a pair in the future,Our insurance company states each unit should have 150 amps.How many amps should we put in the main breaker?
