I narrowed the cities down to Greater Metro Atlanta are and Dallas Metroplex.

I am very proud of this deal, specially because of the date purchased seemed to be the peak of my market which is the DFW area in Dallas, Texas.

I do need/desire to move to a new city with better flight transportation due to traveling 90%+ for a consulting job.Am I able to secure another primary residence/FHA loan on a new property (thinking Charlotte/Chicago/Dallas) without breaking the loan terms?

Vegas and the Dallas areas are both great venues although I believe the Note Expo (according to Colonial / Bob Repass)  is closer to the airport this year and not in Addison, TX location.
