It’s a matter of good cash flow from properties that you own free and clear, vs less cash flow because of a mortgage, but being able to have more properties because your cash goes farther

When you hear the common person talking about how great an investment is, it is clearly hit the mass stage of popularity.

My application clearly states we require income of 2.5 times the rent.

My next step is to initiate a quiet title action to clear any issues up and put it on the market. 

Fees should be clearly stated, easy to understand, and justifiable.

I know reaching out to people directly on BP, searching forums etc would be a clear approach which I intend to do.
