I deal with these men and ladies all the time (as part of my job) and most of the public treats them poorly, so a bit of friendliness goes a long way.

I should have mentioned that this property is a single family home and the buyer is a young single lady and first time home buyer.

D class investing comes with wild speculation and tenant pools that have a high probability of not paying rent or damaging the apartment.
