Well it is in an area where the houses are 700k and 1 house would have virtually no backyard without using this land.

Anyone who states otherwise has a lot to learn about money and leverage (that is virtually free money).  

This will virtually always eliminate the section 8 tenant.In summary, I suspect there are numerous ways other than source of income to not select section 8 including having high end units with rents higher than FMR, using move-in date as a criteria, etc.Good luck

Part of what I do on these forums is to try to keep people who are virtually advertising their services in every post from making outrageous claims that lack merit or seem to be misleading. 

Ask for a couple properties they have sold recently and take a virtual walk around those neighborhoods to see if they line up with the class of property you're being sold.

High prices combined with high expenses will make cash flow virtually non existent.

Do you also use a virtual assistant or have any recommendation for it?

I'm curious whether or not the technology of today will eventually be infused with our contractors and subcontractors and the life work on a project that allows people potential buyers to see what a house would look like given certain options on floor plans to just be with ditions or adding certain cabinets or colors in a virtual reality type of setting.

I guess virtual unrequited LOVE can be expensive.
