Depends on whether it's commercial or residential and how much traffic are on the two roads that pass by the house.Residential corner lot with heavy traffic on 1 or both roads is probably less desirable than a similar house that is cozied in a half block or so from the main road(s).Aside from that (and assuming you're only talking residential) then I don't think there's a whole lot of extra value assuming the lot size is the same as a non-corner lot and there are no special entrances or turnaround driveways or anything that a non-corner lot does not have.
